Common questions

Is there a minimum commitment? +
No minimum commitment on Starter. Growth and Enterprise tiers have a soft monthly minimum to qualify for the lower rate, but no long-term contract is required.
What counts as one assessment? +
One assessment = one POST /v1/assess call that completes successfully. Failed or errored calls are not billed. You can retrieve a past assessment as many times as you want at no extra cost.
How does billing work? +
You're billed monthly based on actual usage. We send an invoice at the end of each month. Payment by card or bank transfer. Volume tier pricing is applied automatically — no need to renegotiate as you grow.
Can I test before committing? +
Yes. We offer a sandbox environment with mock data so you can fully integrate and test the API before going live. Sandbox usage is free. You only pay when you flip to production.
Is my applicants' data safe? +
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest with AES-256. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Bank credentials are never stored — we use read-only tokenized access via Mastercard Open Banking.
What if I need a custom scoring model? +
Enterprise tier includes a custom scoring model trained on your specific portfolio and risk appetite. Talk to our sales team to discuss what that looks like for your use case.
